At ADN GAMES, accessible from https://www.adngames.net/, the privacy of our visitors and users is a priority. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are — including rights recognized under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 on personal data protection.
The data controller is ADN GAMES (adngames.net), a project operated from Colombia by its creator and administrator (alejoift). For any question, complaint or request to exercise your rights, write to aljhontv@gmail.com.
Technical data (automatic). IP address, browser type, operating system, language, pages visited, time spent on the site and traffic source, collected through cookies, browser local storage and third-party services (see the cookies and providers sections).
If you create an account we ask for and store:
Community chat. If you take part in the chat we store your messages together with your username and role, visible to other members. We also record moderation actions applied to an account (temporary kicks or bans) and their duration. If you vote or submit content requests, we store your vote or request linked to your username.
Forms. The contact form (name, email, subject, platform and message) and the new-content notification signup (email address) are sent to us through the Formspree service.
VIP membership. Your payment provider processes billing data directly; we only receive confirmation of payment, the plan purchased, the discount code applied (if any), and the start and expiry dates. We do not store full card numbers.
Counters and presence. To show visit counts and the number of users online we use aggregated counters and a periodic activity signal ("heartbeat") that is not used to profile you.
We do not collect additional personal information unless you provide it voluntarily.
ADN GAMES uses Supabase as its database and authentication provider to manage user accounts, roles (user, VIP, administrator) and the community chat. The chat is available to registered members only.
Messages you write in the chat are stored in our database and are visible to other members. Do not post sensitive personal data in the chat. We do not share this data with third parties unrelated to running the site.
Session and security: we store a session token and basic account data (username, role, VIP status) in your browser to keep you signed in. We use Cloudflare Turnstile at sign-up to detect bots.
Account deletion. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (messages, votes, requests, avatar) by writing to aljhontv@gmail.com. We will process the request within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
ADN GAMES offers a paid membership (ADN Games VIP) with monthly, annual and permanent (one-time payment) plans. Payments are processed by Bold; we do not store your full card or payment method details, which are handled directly by the processor under its own security and privacy policies.
We only keep the information needed to manage your membership: status, start date, plan purchased, discount code used and the role linked to your account. For purchase, cancellation and refund terms see the VIP Terms of Service and the VIP Refund Policy (both in Spanish).
HWID. The ADN Games desktop software links your VIP license to your computer using a hardware identifier (HWID). It is used only to validate and manage the license (for example, to authorize a change of computer) and is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
This site uses cookies and browser local storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and account status (for example, whether you are VIP), cache the catalog and your avatar so the site loads faster, and measure site usage. We also use a service worker that stores files on your device to speed up loading and enable app-like features (PWA).
When you enter the site you will see a cookie notice where you can accept or reject cookies. Your choice is stored in a cookie called cookie_consent for 12 months. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, although this may affect how the site works, especially sign-in and chat.
Analytics. We measure visits with our own aggregated counters (visits per page and users online). We do not use Google Analytics.
Advertising. This site shows third-party advertising, mainly through Google AdSense and ad partners and exchanges authorized in our ads.txt file. These providers may use cookies and identifiers to serve ads, cap their frequency and measure performance, including ads personalized to your visits to this and other sites. You can manage or turn off personalization in Google Ads Settings, at aboutads.info or at youronlinechoices.eu, and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Embedded content and links. Some pages include YouTube videos (youtube.com and youtube-nocookie.com) and links to Discord, WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and Twitch. When you play or open them, those services may collect data under their own policies.

Under the CCPA/CPRA, we do not sell personal information for money. Third-party advertising may count as "sharing" data for contextual or personalized advertising; you can opt out through the links in the cookies section or by writing to us.

To exercise any of these rights, write to aljhontv@gmail.com from the email linked to your account. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, in line with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Colombia or a state with its own privacy law (such as California), you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Colombia, the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce) if you believe we did not resolve your request properly.
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal data, except what we must keep for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations (for example, the record of a VIP purchase or a moderation sanction). The providers mentioned may keep technical logs under their own policies.
ADN GAMES operates from Colombia and uses providers with servers distributed internationally (Cloudflare, Supabase, Google, Render, among others). This may mean your data is transferred to and stored outside your country of residence. These providers have their own security and compliance measures, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Our site contains links to third-party websites (for example, optimization tools, mods, external software and file hosting services such as MediaFire or Google Drive, which sometimes use ad-supported link shorteners). We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and are not responsible for them. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external site you visit.
ADN GAMES is not directed at children under 13: sign-up blocks them based on the date of birth entered, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under that age. If we find an account belonging to a person under 13, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child gave us personal information without your consent, contact us so we can delete it. Minors under the law of their country need the permission of a parent or guardian to buy the VIP membership.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information collected, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password encryption, anti-bot verification and role-based access control. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect changes to the site, our practices, or applicable law. Changes will be posted on this page along with the update date. We recommend checking back occasionally.
